The proposed organisational structure for MUMOLADE is shown schematically below. The highest decision making body is the Supervisory Board (SB), meeting annually, formed by a representative from each full and associated partners and the Senior Training Mentor (STM). The SB, headed by the Coordinator, has the overall responsibility for the network-wide training activities. The SB will take decisions based upon consensus, except in case of significant disagreement, where majority voting will apply. The SB will ensure the quality of training and research and the timely delivery of results (deliverables). It will also establish active and continuous networking, dissemination of ideas and exchange of best practice among the network participants. Moreover, the SB is responsible for Change Management for contingencies (WP5).
